d:Mail - World Service US Tour Artist: Delirious? Label: Furious? Records Date: 16 Mar 2004 Delirious like tours. OK, after 11 years they might have just about squeezed all the joy they can out of pocket scrabble, free-face flannels and roadside restaurants, but the truth remains: they are never quite as happy as when they're hand delivering their message and music live and direct to you beautiful people. So it comes as no surprise to find out that the band have signed up to a whole suitcase load of gigs in North America during April - 18 in all. Some of these are alongside the excellent Acquire The Fire events which Delirious have been playing at over the past few months, while the rest of the April shows will be turning up at a mouth watering range of venues. Check out the site for more details. And what can you expect from the band? Well, very little about travel scrabble, face flannels and roadside restaurants. Instead you'll find a band on fire (although, not literally, that would be dangerous). They'll be playing tracks from their fantastic 'World Service' album, plus giving you a seasoned offering of classic tracks old and new. But more than the music is, as ever, the experience. Delirious live offers you the opportunity to connect with the greatest HistoryMaker of them all. How's about that for an encore? Related Links: Tour Dates Page |
