Mezzamorphis Released In America

Delirious? new album Mezzamorphis was released in America on June 8th 1999 in two different versions - one on Sparrow Records with two extra bonus tracks "Deeper '99" and "Jesus Blood", and one on Virgin Records with a less obvious Christian feel to it, without tracks "Jesus Blood" and "Kiss Your Feet". It is thought that this approach was to try and appeal to both the CCM and Mainstream audiences. Both versions have a slightly different album cover to the UK version. Mezzamorphis entered the CCM Album chart at number 1 and the Billboard Heatseeker chart at number 5.
