London Marathon
Added: 18 Apr 2000

On 16th April 2000 Stu G, Stew and Jon from Delirious? ran the London Marathon. The boys, who had been training for this event for months, were raising money for the Hope HIV Project who help children suffering from AIDS in South Africa. Jon and Stew finished the 26 miles in 3hrs 58 and Stu G came home in 5hrs 46. The guys were supported on route by various friends and fans, including at the 18 mile water station where Delirious? songs such as "See The Star" and "Happy Song" were played at full volume! Its not too late to make a donation, simply download the Sponsor Form, print it and send it along with the money (cheques made payable to "Hope HIV") to: HOPE HIV, c/o Furious? Records, PO Box 40, Arundel, West Sussex, BN18 0UQ
