Details of UK 'Fire Tour' Announced
Added: 25 Feb 2002

Brixton Academy, London Details of a UK Delirious? Tour starting in May 2002 have been announced. The 9 date 'Fire Tour' will continue showcasing the 'Audio Lessonover?' album, following on from the hugely popular d:Tension tour of 2001.

The tour will commence on 21st May in Wolverhampton, moving on to Bradford, Manchester, Bristol, Norwich, Leicester, London's Brixton Academy and Glasgow, before ending in Belfast on 2nd June.

Delirious? last performed at the Brixton Academy on their May 1998 tour. Since then the band have used the smaller Shepherds Bush Empire as their London venue. However with the two London gigs on last year's d:Tension tour both selling out, a larger venue has been chosen for this tour. Brixton Academy has a capacity of over 4000 (more than twice that of Shepherds Bush) and features one of the biggest fixed stages in Europe.

Details of a support act for the tour have yet to be announced. Tickets are on sale now from tickets-online.co.uk, priced at £14 for London and £12 for all other venues.
