American 'Deeper Tour' Kicks Off

Delirious? on tour in America

The North American 'Deeper Tour' kicked off last night (1st March) in Wheaton, Illinois. Throughout March and April Delirious? are touring around Canada and the United States, visiting a total of 26 different cities. During the tour they will be supported by the band 'Everyone' from March 1st to 23rd, and UK worship leader Matt Redman from March 24th to April 13th. Delirious? will also be accompanied by their wives and children for the later part of the tour.

The tour is being based around the latest Delirious? album 'Deeper', a collection of their best worship songs, which was released in the US in October 2001. The 'Deeper Tour' is the first time Delirious? have included video effects in an American tour. Visuals man, Andy Hutch, has reproduced some of the stunning effects first seen on the UK tour in 1997. This includes the 'Revival Town' roundabout video and an updated version of the 'Obsession' oscilloscope!
