Delirious? Put On A Stunning Showcase In Front Of 500 Fans Added: 29 Jan 2003
Delirious? put on stunning live performances last night (28th January),
at the Camden Underworld in North London. The showcase concert was only
announced a week ago, but tickets for the 500-capacity venue had completely
sold out within 24 hours. Cathy Burton warmed up the crowd with an acoustic
set before Delirious? came on stage to deliver an electrifying evening of
their most loved songs.
The gig including the likes of Deeper, Take Me Away and My Glorious, plus new songs Rain Down and Every Little Thing. Martin revealed to the crowd that bosses from record company BMG were also attending the concert to give Delirious? the once over. Despite this being the smallest venue Delirious? have ever performed at in London, the last minute nature of the concert ensured that the Camden Underworld was packed with truly dedicated fans. The invited members of London's music press and industry can't help but have been impressed by the incredible atmosphere and solid live performance.
