Delirious? To Speak Online About 'The Passion Of The Christ' Movie

Delirious? will speak live online tonight about 'The Passion Of The Christ', a new movie about the life of Jesus directed by Mel Gibson. The band will be promoting the movie during a special web broadcast, titled "Live and Interactive", hosted by Gospel Music Association president (and CCM Magazine founder) John Styll and broadcast exclusively online at EssentialTalk.com.

The show will be available online to people who register for the free service. The live broadcast will take place tonight, 9th February, at 9:30pm EST (2:30am British time on the 10th Feb.) The show will then be available in the EssentialTalk.com archives. During the show, tracks from the brand new Delirious? album 'World Service' will also be played.

'The Passion Of The Christ' opens on 25th February in the USA and 26th March in the UK. Delirious? were invited to an early screening and are now endorsing the film. Bassist Jon Thatcher describes it as "Graphic" and "Hard-hitting". He went on to say "I hope that the film brings home the truth of Jesus Christ's life. It's so easy to sanitize, water down and make irrelevant, but hopefully this will bring it back home again for everyone".
