Week Of European Concerts Beckons For Delirious?
Added: 04 Feb 2005

Delirious? live in Germany during their tour in December - Photo (c)2004 Gerritsen Brothers Delirious? return to Germany next week when they continue the European leg of their World Service Tour. In December the band performed four concerts in Germany and now they return to play in a further three cities, starting in Berlin on 9th February, followed by Hamburg (10th) and Hannover (11th). As was the case in December, Delirious? will again be supported in Germany by Claas P. Jambor.

Following on from the dates in Germany, Delirious? will travel to Denmark for the first time on 12th February to perform a concert in the city of Fredericia. The four European dates will be the band's first concerts of 2005, following on from the staggering 83 concerts they performed in 2004. This year is likely to see slightly less gigs than last year as the band concentrate on recording a new album. Delirious? have spent this week in the studio continuing to work on new songs for the album.

Whilst in Germany next week, Delirious? will hope to further promote the song 'Rain Down', which is the current radio single in Germany. The single entered German station SWR3's airplay chart at number 2 on 9th January, but then dropped several places and is currently at number 8 in the chart. Details for the release of the CD single have yet to be confirmed by German label J-Star Records.
