Jon And Kristen Thatcher Have Baby Number Three

Delirious? bass player Jon Thatcher and his wife Kristen are celebrating the arrival of a new baby. The couple's third child was born yesterday (7th September) at 10:54am in Worthing Hospital, West Sussex, weighing 5lb 2oz. Jackson Elliot is the Thatcher's first son, following the births of Winona (now aged 4) and Xanthia (aged 2). Mother and child are still in hospital but are said to be doing well.

Congratulations to Jon and Kristen on the new arrival. The couple still have some way to go to catch up with the band's lead singer however. Martin Smith's wife Anna gave birth to their fifth child in April this year. Delirious? now boast a total of 16 children between the five band members. Clearly the Littlehampton water board have some questions to answer!

On a more serious note, due to some complications baby Jackson was born four weeks early by cesarean section. Due to the birth being much earlier than expected Jon has been unable to travel with the remaining band members for the four date Australian tour and two date American tour which starts in New South Wales tomorrow (9th September) and concludes in California on 17th September.
