Win Tickets To See Delirious? At The Gathering MAX Added: 10 Sep 2007
Delirious? will be headlining the huge 'Gathering MAX' youth
event at Europe's busiest exhibition centre, The National
Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham, on Saturday 27th
October 2007. Up to 12,000 people are expected to attend
the event which starts at 2pm with acts including 29th
Chapter, Gathering Band, The Luv Esther Cast and Saltmine
Theatre Company. Delirious? will be performing a full concert
in the days second session at 5pm.
The Gathering MAX is being organised by Elim Pentecostal Churches youth organisation, Serious4God. Mark Pugh, the Serious4God National Director said "There are lots of Christian events in the calendar for young people which we love and embrace – there are not so many events that say to our young people 'bring your 'seeker' friends to an event that will relate to them and explain the gospel without any cringe factor being involved'. The vision is to see over 1000 young people respond to the gospel appeal in the one day and we’re delighted with the way that people are buying into it". Under the tag line 'If there is a possibility that God is real, why not give one day to find out', the Gathering MAX has already attracted coach loads of bookings from all over the UK. In a rare occurrence for a Delirious? performance, the event will also be broadcast completely live on the God Channel to over 40 countries. Tickets are on-sale for The Gathering MAX now at just £10 from the NEC Box Office. But you can WIN a pair of tickets to the event for free in the Delirious.org.uk competition, along with other great prizes. See the Gathering MAX Competition page for details.
