Sixth Child For Martin and Anna Smith

The Smith household is going to be even busier than usual this Christmas after Martin and Anna celebrated the arrival of their sixth child! Mary-Anna Merciful Smith was born at 1:40am on Thursday 6th December weighing 8lb 3ounces. As always Delirious.org.uk sends its congratulations to the whole Smith family at this happy time.

Martin and Anna have timed the birth to perfection, coming just two weeks after the end of Delirious' Omnisonic Tour of the UK and Ireland, and 10 days before the band's next concert - the annual Christmas Show in London. Delirious? even managed to finish work on their forthcoming new album, 'Kingdom Of Comfort' (due April 2008) before the baby's arrival!

Mary-Anna follows in the footsteps of her brothers and sisters Ruby-Anna, Levi, Indi-Anna, Noah and Elle-Anna and brings the total number of children belonging to the band to a hugely impressive 17!
