UK worship leader Tim Hughes recorded a live CD and DVD at a

Martin Smith also joined Tim Hughes on stage to sing a duet on
one song.
Delirious? visuals man Andy Hutch was directing the DVD, and the sound on the night was mixed by former Delirious? front of house engineer Paul Burton. The live CD/DVD is planned for release early in 2009, and is expected to include 12 tracks consisting of some new songs and some old songs given a fresh sound. Songs performed on the night included: Everything, God of Justice, Happy Day, Dance, Here I am to Worship and Consuming Fire. Also included was the song We Won't Stay Silent, taken from the forthcoming CompassionArt album. Speaking after the recording, Tim Hughes remarked: "Shepherds Bush is such a cool venue. It feels really intimate. When the night kicked off it was amazing. Seeing 2000 people really worship in that venue was so inspiring. I was so delighted how everything came together. There was such a sense of God's presence. A real passion and hunger to honour and glorify His name." Related Links: |
