Delirious? To Perform At World Youth Day In Germany Delirious? will be taking part at the massive World Youth Day in Germany this summer. This year is the 20th occurrence of the Catholic celebration, first started by Pope John Paul II in the 1980s. More than 1.5 million people from all over the world are expected to attend over the five days of this years event, with Delirious? set to perform on 21st August in Cologne.

The event also coincides with the first official vist of the new Pope, Benedict XVI, to his home country. As part of the prelude to the event, Fierce! is distributing a compilation album title 'Building One World' featuring a remake of the official World Youth Day song 'Venimus Adorare Eum', plus other songs from artists including Delirious?, Michael W. Smith, The Newsboys, Sarah Brendel, Moya Brennan and Third Day.

'Building One World' is released on 23rd July and includes the Delirious? track 'History Maker'. It is currently available for pre-order from the FierceShop priced at £9.95. Delirious? are quoted inside the CD booklet saying how much they are looking forward to performing at the historic event.
