Christian Artists Release Charity Single/Compilation Enters Charts "One Voice, One Heart", the charity single recorded by various Christian Artists to raise money for the victims of last years Tsunami disaster, was released last week. The song was written by worship leaders Mark Beswick and Tim Hughes and features some of the biggest names in the British Christian music scene, including Delirious? members Martin and StuG, plus Graham Kendrick, Matt Redman, Noel Richards, Cathy Burton and many others.

The single was recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London on 19th February after the world renowned studio donated a whole day's worth of free studio time to the project. The CD is available now from Christian bookstores and the Survivor Records Website, priced at £2.99. It includes two versions of the song, the Single version and the Extended version, plus CD-Rom footage of the recording at Abbey Road. A minimum of £2 from every CD sold will go to rebuild Thantri, a fishing village on the East coast of India that was destroyed by the Tsunami. Meanwhile, the compilation album 'More... Best Worship Songs Ever!', featuring 50 well known worship songs including several by Delirious?, has entered the official Radio 1 'Top 40 Compilation Albums' Chart. The 3-disc album was released in the UK on 14th March and went straight into the charts at number 14. On Sunday (27th March) it moved up to number 11. The album was released by EMI/Virgin and is the follow up to last years 'The Best Worship Songs... Ever' compilation which sold over 104,000 units.
